Travel Tips
- It is recommended that flights are booked at least 7-14 days in advance of your travel dates.
- Non-refundable tickets carry change fees that can vary from $25 to $100. Change fees will be applied and charged to the student.
- Processing fees will be charged accordingly to the student for any change once tickets have been issued.
- “No-shows” on a flight will result in a total loss of the value of the ticket. It is recommended that you call ahead and cancel directly with your airline or the travel agency if you are not planning to travel or cannot make your flight.
- Once tickets are booked, name changes are not allowed.
- It is imperative that the name on your itinerary/ticket appear exactly as it appears on your government issued ID.
- Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are purchased.
- Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
